DELIVERY TIMES

 

Delivery times are provided as estimates in business days. Shipping durations are determined by our couriers and may vary based on the delivery location and other external factors.

For our US customers, all duties and taxes are already included in the price, meaning no unexpected extra fees at delivery. 

For other international shipments, please note that the listed product prices and delivery fees do not include any taxes or duties that may be imposed by customs or postal authorities in the destination country. (For further details, see below.)

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

 

When receiving an international order, you may be subject to import taxes and duties imposed by your local customs authority. These charges depend on the value, composition, and origin of the goods. As customs regulations vary by country, we cannot predict the exact duties you may need to pay, as they are determined by local customs officials at the time of import. While duties and taxes may not always apply, we recommend familiarising yourself with the regulations in your country to avoid any unexpected costs. 

 

Please note: if you choose to refuse the parcel and not pay the import taxes or duties, you will not be eligible for a refund on your order.

 

FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS

 

Free shipping offers are calculated based on the order total after discount codes have been applied and before shipping fees are added. In other words, the value of the items in your cart (excluding shipping costs) must meet or exceed the minimum required amount to qualify for free shipping.

 

MADE TO ORDER

 

All of our garments are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your order ships.
